Return Policy

Buyer must contact See It Vet It Get It to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning items. Buyer must state whether a refund or exchange is requested. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the shipment date. Seller pays return shipping. Returned items must be their original condition, with all the original items from the package included. New items must be returned unopened and undamaged with the UPC code intact in order to qualify for a full refund. Some electronic and camera merchandise may contain anti-tamper seals which must be returned with all seals intact. (Seals can easily be removed when you decide to keep the item) Items shipped with seals but returned with missing, damaged or modified seals will be issued a partial refund. Items that have been opened, damaged or showing signs of use will be issued a partial refund. Refunds will be issued within 2 days after the item has been received back by See It Vet It Get It and all of the above conditions have been met.
